Founder/Senior Account Executive

After dedicating 15 years to the nonprofit sector, Tina was presented with an opportunity in 2010. A local F&I agency approached her, offering her the chance to work with them and a nationally recognized administration. Recognizing her niche, Tina established First Source Solutions in 2013, branching out on her own.

With over a decade of experience in providing F&I products and services to dealerships in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Florida, Tina attributes the success of First Source Solutions to her non-profit background. The values instilled in her from focusing on taking care of people translates into the driving force behind the growth of her company.

During her free time, Tina engages in volunteering and organizing events for meaningful causes. She is passionate about rescuing animals in need and enjoys boating and spending time outdoors.
